We collaborated with the Nazareth Housing team to produce three videos for their spring 2025 fundraising benefit which took place in person at Second in New York City.
The Story
Our team has been Nazareth Housing’s video production partner for nearly a decade. This year, we decided to create three short videos for their annual spring benefit. Above you’ll find a “sizzle reel.” This video showcases who Nazareth Housing is and what they do for the community. Below you’ll find two short vignettes. Michael’s story focuses on Nazareth’s tax prep services. Maria’s story is about Nazareth’s food pantry.
The Process
- Our team began with narrative development. We developed a concept for the sizzle reel and workshopped it with the Nazareth team.
- We also helped identify two clients with stories about Nazareth’s tax prep and pantry services.
- Once Nazareth approved the narrative direction, we finalized all logistics for production.
- Then, our team spent two days filming with Nazareth Housing. First, we filmed at their tax prep site in the Lower East Side. Then, we filmed at their Bronx location. We captured 10 interviews in total as well as b-roll with each interviewee.
- Next, we got to work on editing. Our editor, Mikaila Schmitt, constructed all three videos simultaneously.
- After two rounds of client review, we delivered the final pieces to Nazareth Housing to showcase at their spring benefit.
The Result
Nazareth Housing debuted these video at their 2025 spring benefit. It reached an audience of donors, supporters and staff members. The video was a hit and attendees loved it!
