A finalist in the Shorty Awards!
We are thrilled to announce our project with the NYC Health + Hospitals’ NYC Care team is a finalist in this year’s Shorty Awards!
The NYC Health + Hospitals NYC Care “Doctor PSA” Video series is a set of videos produced in four languages. NYC Care is a program providing low or no cost health care to new yorkers regardless of their immigration status or income. Many individuals who are eligible for the program aren’t aware of it. Others aren’t using their NYC Care membership to the fullest. Our series of videos, produced in English, Spanish, Mandarin and Bengali, are part of an effort to change that. We worked as a video production company with the NYC Care team to create a set of scripts for prospective members, current members and those who have a membership but haven’t used it.
A successful campaign
In the fall of 2023, the videos were part of a large marketing push by the NYC Care team. After the campaign, they saw millions of hits on the videos, increased website engagement and a 7% increase in NYC Care members.
